The copyright belongs to the authors and the authors can submit their works to any archival journals after　the meeting. However, the authors are encouraged to submit their papers to IJFMS before or after the meeting. Papers published in IJFMS are welcomed for presentation in AICFM 13. Papers of journal quality recommended by the AICFM reviewers can be published in AICFM 13 special issues in IJFMS with minimum editorial reviews and the waiver of publication fee.
